The Wild Potato Co. was an internally incubated idea. The team believed we had a wild opportunity with consumers flocking to plant-based milks, an industry projected to be worth $3.6B by 2025, and the untapped power of the potato. We worked through the full gamut of market research and validation, recipe and production strategy, and brand and go-to-market over a 6 month time span. WP’s vibe was dubbed “shelf stopper”, with the look and feel defined as playful, bold, unexpected, and witty. We were on a mission to unlock your inner wild with unexpected, natural ingredients and surprisingly great taste.
